In early September 2007 Bloomsburg University CGA President, Chris Bevan, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and traveling at 50mph in a 15mph zone. He was pulled over on East 2nd street with a blood alcohol level of .147, almost twice the legal limit. His decisions endangered the lives of not only himself but countless others. As President of CGA and representative of the student body, Bevan's actions only do further harm to the image of the University, the students, and the community. As such, he is no longer a reputable representative of the students at Bloomsburg University. It is our firm belief that Chris Bevan is unable to perform the tasks that he was elected to do.

In light of these events, we the undersigned, respectfully request that Christopher Bevan take responsibility for his actions and resign his position as President of CGA.
