i just wanna tell you that you were a huge inspiration in my life, i used to be skinny all my life,always wore baggy clothes, but after i saw your physique, i got inspired, cuz we r both the same age, so i thought , if u could do it, i could do it too, now i have a muscular body that i am so proud of, and no longer ashamed to take off my shirt at the beach.. for this and many people like me,, please dont quit bodybuilding

I understand where you are coming from I get many the same looks I'am a muscular 275 black guy who has been powerlifting for seven years. Ultimately it is your decision whether or not you leave bodybuilding, but don't stop the training. People will look at us like we are freaks, ask us questions they have no business asking and talk about us behind our back and to our faces. I say that a woman with muscle is a wonderful thing because it shows confidence, drive, and bravery to take one's own path. Many of the people that poke fun of the sport are people that barely work out themselves, they don't understand the time, effort and sacrifice it takes to bodybuild. I say leave the naysayers and haters to their own devices at the end of the day they are the ones that try to sqeeeze themselves into the clothes and swimsuites they have no business wearing. They are the ones that let misunderstanding and stereotypes as excuses to keep from coming to the gym. At the end of the day they are the ones envious of the body you have and wanting to be stronger. The hate is just a way to justify their own shortcomings. With that said please don't quit at the very least don't stop te training society does not dictate what a man and a woman should look like. If I followed what society thought I should look like I would be something I don't want to be. Don't let society dictate what you should look like as woman. You have people around you that support you including the people who signed this petition. Female bodybuilders are amazons and goddesses in my eyes and I hate to see them die out because of the societal ideal of what a person is supposed to look like.
