Deaf People should be entitle to have CC. They go and buy the movies as much as us hearing folks. It is thier constitutional right to have CC on their so they can enjoy a movie like we do. We definitely have the barriers, because of no closed captioned (CC) on purchased or rented DVD movies. Back then my reading skills were poor and with the availability of CC, it improved a lot. Foreign movies on TV, VHS or DVD have Subtitles. So therefore ADA demands that all TV shows, VHS or DVD to be CC 24/7 NO MATTER WHAT! I am a fighter and could file complaints with the FCC to ensure ADA to be accessible.
