In February 2005, my 2 year old daughter, Codi Aston, was murdered. She was shaken and beaten to death by her father's girlfriend at the time. Over a year later, this woman has still not been brought to justice. I am stating this petition to try to bring Codi's case to the attention of the attorney general. Please, if you believe that child abuse is wrong and agree that someone who murders a child should NOT be walking free, sign this petition.
