I support this petition. These individuals are clearly a menace to the public. They have already murdered one person. How many more do they have to murder before the judicial system deems that society's rights outweigh the offender's?
Not only do I support this petition, but I feel the parents of any teenager that does an adult crime should be the one's held accountalbe for the their teens actions and after the third time, I feel the teen or teens should be held accountable for his/her acations by doing six to seven years in junivinile type jail for the young offenders and then either pay a hefty fine and then see a probation officer for a year after they get out. In other words we have to start sending a message to our Govermnent, Federally and Provincially that just because our teens are under age, they feel they can do an adult crime and not be punished for their adult crime and get away with it. this should stop and the teens of our society should be taught that you do the adult crime, you get some type of adult punishment and it would be left up to our court system, whether it be a big punishment or a small punishment. In other words for God's sake, stop babying the teens of today and start making them accountable for their actions.

I support this petition. As a community we need to stand together and take control of our youth. We have allowed to become the way they are due to the leniency of the young offenders act. We needto take control and make them accountable for their actions.
I feel these teens need to stay locked up until their trial. They are loose cannons with no parent guidance. I feel very unsafe not knowing what they look like. And how can bus driver control them not entering a city bus if they don't know what they look like. Allowing these boys who are guilty to run the streets paints a negative veiw of our justice system.
No one has the right to beat another person to death. But, everyone has the right to a fair trial. This does not, however mean that dangerous suspects should be freed until their appointed court date. Hurt us once shame on you, hurt us twice shame on us.

Unbelievable to say the least! I wonder what the judge's decision would be if it were his son who was beaten to death by 4 punks. I completely support this petition. Murder is a crime punishable by law. If these individuals are big enough to cross the street by themselves, they are big enough to know the difference between right and wrong. They need to be punished.
