I support this petition. Why should these kids get out when they killed somone? For those people who keep saying that they didn't mean to do it, they did it. You don't accidentally kick someone to death.
I think it is a travesty of justice that four teens who were in a public place drunk, and commited this crime without any respect for human life should not have any RIGHT to bail. They clearly don't respect the laws that govern us.
I totally support this petition. When is the justice system going to quit coddling these bullies. Why do we go to so much length protecting cirminals and doing nothing for victims. There needs to be change as how does a person protect them selves from the invisible. Identify the offenders. Sending them home and restricting them not use city transport mean nothing they could get on any bus anywhere and no one can identify them. I agree with Ryan W #1632 funeral charges should be paid or worked off by the offender.

I also feel that releasing these killers and hiding their identities is an obsenity. They shold be held in coustody untill trial.
I support this petition. Although the courts must decide the fate of all citizens, this is a very violent and serious crime--too serious for the suspects to be walking free until they are tried.

I absolutly support this petition. As a young woman it makes me sick to my stomach to think that there are four killers walking the streets with smiles on their faces. These four peopole probably have more additude and think they are untouchable. I just want to thank the Young Offenders Act for helping make us people feel more safe (phhff)
I totally support this petition. I feel that they should get what they deserve and that would not be a break. Except a break in JAIL. What is this teaching our children of today? That if you choose to kill then you get bail and get to sit at home eating good food and watching TV and play games. Let's get real what happened to our so called JUSTICE system. I support this petition. Isn't Bail supposed to be for people who are innocent until proven guilty? I dunno but these kids seem pretty guilty to me. no remorse for their actions... this is how our justice system lets people get off easy.
I totally support this petition. I have a hard time accepting the fact that these four teens got a " Break". What kind of break does this dead guy's family get? I would also charge the parents for the cost of the funeral due to the fact that they need to be responsible for there children and what have they taught them. Obviously no life skills required when you need the feeling to KILL someone. What kind of resume will they have now? BEEN IN JAIL FOR HOPEFULLY 25 Yrs. People don't forget. They should have thought about this before they took a life of a person, who was someone's brother, son. etc. The justice system needs a rude aweakening. The jusge would have been much harsher towards these teens if she had known the victim.
The Young Offenders Act needs to be changed to hold young criminals accountable. Youth are not stupid and they know that they can hide behind this act.
