It seems in our city any excuse is good enough for murder. I have heard the last several people who have been up on charges get off with a slap on the writst at best. Now kids who were seen doing this horrible thing and who have admitted it are back on the streets? Where is the Justice!?
I support this petition. Yes turn them loose on society so they can cause more harm - I DON"T THINK SO. Is there no place that is safe - must we lock every door and window. They should be held accountable for their actions and should have to face the family and explain to them why their loved one is no longer with them. Too little too late for the survivors only a life filled with "what if's"

I support this petition. The kids who killed an innocent man should not be allowed back in the community. Everybody was signing for the Micheal White case so can they sign for this as we do not need these types of murderes in the community. Why isnt the lady that did the petition for revoking the white bail doing anything about this.
I think it's appalling what these kids did. I think that if you let them go out on bail, they think it's a slap on the wrist. I also think that it gives the public no trust in the justice system at this point with not keeping them incarcerated until their court date.

Obviously the parents of these kids have not taught them respect for others or our systems and therefore they should not be allowed to return to their parents custody. It is time for some accountability, not compassion; what compassion did these kids show Stefan.
I totally support this position. I can't believe that these youths should be treated any differently than anyone else. They gave up their right to be at home with Mom and Dad when they performed this heinous act.

As a peace officer in Edmonton, more and more I deal with habitual offenders who laugh at the idea of being charged because they know they will not get any jail time... even after 30+ CONVICTIONS! This is the sad reality of our Canadian "Justice" system. We arrest them, they kick them back out onto the street, we arrest them again, and so on, and so on...
