These young adults know the difference between right and wrong. They chose wrong and therefore must assume responsibilty for their actions. Something must give credibility to our justice system and that it does have the power to stand up to it's responsibility to the victims and potential harm to others. Give back our right to safety!

It is near impossible to "accidentally" beat someone to death. This murder was heinous and the actions of the youths was deliberate. They may not have "intended" to kill Mr. Conely, but what exactly did they expect the outcome of multiple blunt force trauma's to the head to be? The perpetrators have demonstrated the an affinity for extreme violence and should stay behind bars. Revoke bail!
This judge needs to give their head a shake and take a step into reality. We are not dealing with children we are dealing with murderers it's different!
I support this petition, Its about time these idiots pay for what being done. We are protecting the quilty more and more. Its the law to protect the victims?

If I ever see youths swarming to attack someone, I will assume the victim is in immediate danger of being killed and I will take all actions necessary including lethal force on the swarmers.

The court system is in place to protect the public, and that includes those who have been accused but not convicted of a crime. The arguement that is used for conditional release is "innocent until proven guilty". Having said that, I believe that the public's protection should be considered above the accused and conditional releases should not be granted in morder cases. There is always the question of someone who is falsely accused being confined during this timeperiod, but again, I believe the public's best interest should be the highest concern. My last point is that conditional releases for an accused murderer puts an additional burden on the victim's family and could falsely imply a legal support for the accused above that of the victim's family. This is especially so, in the case where there have been witnesses and the identity of the accused is not in question.
Please review the legal process with regards to discontinuation of conditional releases to people who are convicted of murder.
I support this petition. Michael White is back in prison simply because his neighbors wanted it so. Why are these brats loose to laugh about what they did and possibly kill again.
I support this petition.Plus this is what happens when punk kids think that they are as tough as the "gangsters on TV" we live in EDMONTON not NEW YORK!!!!
Those kids took it too far and now they must suffer the consequences. That poor man will never have his life back and these kids should suffer as well.
I support this petition. Anyone that can take the life of another human being doesn't deserve to be free. Since when should the criminals be given more rights than the victims? Our Justice system really needs a wake up call!

It's no wonder that our society is the way it is. Our Court System should undergo a serious review. Over the past few months MURDERERS have been sent home to spend Christmas with their families, have gotten out of Jail on only $10,000.00 bail, which is unacceptable.
