I support this petition. Stefan Conley didn't ask for this, he didn't deserve this. Whether the accused intended to kill him or not, there should be consequences for their actions. Being released on bail teaches them nothing about right and wrong. Stefan Conley's life is over, they don't deserve to have a life outside of prison.
