There is no question that these four youths committed the crime and should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Bail should have been denied.
It is about time that these type of people take responsibilty for there actions. It takes four of them to kick one person to death not only should there bail be revoked but they should be given the very maximum under the law. It is about time we brought back the lash and the death penalty maybe people would feel safe walking the streets again at night.

I support this petition. I think the justice system needs constitutional amendments. For one it's too lenient on criminals, hence the reason the escalating of daily crimes. The justice system to me is just a mediocre thing which tells criminals we can find a place to put so you be out of the publics eyes. Those four criminals need to be where criminals aught to be in the clinck.

I support this petition. Too often young offenders think that they can commit crimes and are protected by the young offenders act. They believe that they are invincible to Law and Society. I think that we need to take a stand and show everyone that when you commit a crime you have to pay the price and part of that price is not to have the same freedoms as all law obeying citizens. Young offenders are committing far too many crimes with the belief that they will get a slap on the wrist and that their records will be cleared when they turn 18. It's time to start treating them as adults and for them to pay the penalties for the crimes they commit. Commit an adult crime, spend time in a adult jail.
