I'm 19 and was so disgusted when I heard the court decision to let all four killers go free. When I saw the TV news show a clip of their friends cheering outside the courthouse, I was appalled at how even the media managed to turn this horrible tragedy into some sort of victory. The legal system is a cruel joke and needs to be changed. These kids showed no remorse and now they can tell the tale of how they got away with it all. What a disgrace to Conley, the people who grieve him, and the public. We don't know the names of these killers and what they look like. We deserve to know regardless of age. They knew what they were doing when they beat a man to death in front for everyone to see and deserve to be behind bars.

I think that says enough about the kind of people they are and that that they are an obvious danger to the public. When will the justice system get their crap together and make people accountable for their actions. We have the right to feel safe in our own community, and now I cannot walk down the streets of my own small town and wonder if the next corner I come around will result in my death because some youth got let off of a charge because of the Young Offenders Act. Its like saying "You killed some one? Thats alright, have a popsicle." Its revolting, and we as citizens of this provence need to step up and do something.
