I support this petition. No one whatsoever should be allowed bail when it is obvious "beyond reasonable doubt" that 4 young offenders charged were indeed the killers of Stefan William Conley.
I support this petition 100% The teens who killed this man should be held responsible for their actions, reguardless of their age. Such a vicious and violent attack on an innocent man should not be simpply waived away because the offenders are under 18.
I support this petition. The Young Offender's Act needs to be updated to ensure acts like this get the proper punishment. For the act that was committed, age should not be a factor, they were old enough to make the decision to beat on this man, and take his life, so why aren't they in prison ????
I support this petition.all of these children are so called good kids so what are they doing intoxicated during the week and under aged to boot. Good children are the ones that are home doing homework or doing sports or other extra curicular activities such as volunteering.
Those 4 teens have no rights being set free and should be trialed as adults ad convicted as such. Whoever believes their lies when they say they didnt mean to do it needs psychiatric evaluation, One man has died because these teens beat him to death... This tragedy has made me ill. Why do we continue to protect these punks who commit horrible crimes? If you are old enough to kill, you are old enough to face the consequences like all adults do. They knew exactly what they were doing that night. Their friends should be embarassed to be associated with punks who show no remorse for taking another human being's life and bringing sadness to so many others. The public deserves to know who these punks are so we can let them know in person how we feel about their actions. Put aside our pathetic legal system...if I was the judge I would let the victim's family and friends kick them to death.
I support this petition, and feel one should also be put in place for those responsible for the brutal murder of the young teen in Sherwood Park prior to Christmas. Those alleged murderers were released to spend the holiday season with their families. Another idiotic move on the part of the Justice system.
I support this petition. Why do we have such a hard time with young offenders? Is it, just maybe, because they know that they can commit an 'adult' crime and essentially 'get away with murder'?A lot of our young people today have a problem with behavior management and fighting with and even killing their opponent is often the only way they know how to deal with that. It certainly doesn't discourage their angry behavior when they are very well aware that they, in most cases, will not be held accountable for their actions. And to allow these kids back out on the street to potentially commit more acts of violence against innocent people is deplorable!

I support this petition. I am disgusted at the actions of the four youths but more so at the Judge's decision to let the four accused out on bail. What a bloody joke. Is this judge from this planet? No wonder our streets are filled with so many crimminals who see the lack of justice as a passport to committ further crimes.
I support this petition. The kids of today need to learn there is a consequnce to their actions. Letting them out on bail with ridiculous restrictions tells them they can get away with killing someone and not have to worry about how long they will be incarcerated for. It's time to start laying down some law and order on society, and a good place to start is with our children.
