I completely support this petition. It is time that this justice system shows the public that teenagers who are capable of making terrible choices should suffer the consequences of their crime. Let this be the case where teenagers are tried as adults.

I support this petition 100%. These boys (yes that's all they are) need to learn that you commit the crime, you do the time. Whoses watching them while their out on bail? Probably the same "Parents" (and I use that term loosely) who were supposed to know where/what their kids were doing that dreaded night!

I support this petition. whether they're of legal age or not, what they did was a serious crime and they deserve to serve their sentance. it was a concious act that was completely unnecessary and just as anybody "of age" would have to do, they should live up to what they've done and spend their time in prison.

I support this petition. It is a sad day in today's society when the justice system allows people to stay out on bail (technically freedom) when they have admitted to the crime. If my son ever didi anything that required the courts to become involoved I would back them in their decision eventhough it may have potentially detrimental effects on him. I hope that I have brought him up to know the difference between right and wrong. It seems like these young "Boys" have not been taught the difference. What kind of sociaty are we living in?

I fully support this petition. These teenagers are old enough to know better and its about time they are held fully accountable for their actions, even if they were under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Bail should of been denied. The names should be released to the public. How can we be aware of them now that they are on the streets? Maybe the judge who granted the bail should also be held accountable for his/her actions when someone else is hurt by these four. These teenagers are definitely a threat to the public. Get them off the streets!

I am sickened and saddened by the release of these fearless little murderers on bail. They have shown a blatant disregard of the welfare of their fellow human beings and the press stated that one of the arrogant, protected brats actually smirked during the bail hearing. Have they learned anything? Just that there is no justice system in this country, but only a legal system, created for lawyers and judges, and perpetuated by lawyers and judges. I hope their daddies are proud of their disgusting little progeny.

They should not be free when they've been charged with manslaughter. They have taken a life, and should not have the privledge of freedom.

I support this petition. I think it's ridiculous that these four "men" are out on bail given that they turned themselves in admitting that they did this. What's even more disgusting is that now that they've gotten lawyers, they're all going to plead "Not Guilty"!! How can a person/persons go out and kill someone; admit to it and then because they're "young offenders" be out free to do whatever strikes their fancy again. It's just as disgusting that their parents are supporting the "Not Guilty" plea!! I love my child BUT if she/he were ever to do something against the law they she/he had better be prepared to face the consequences. These four "men" knew full well what they were doing was wrong and even more depressing is that our judicial system lets them know that they'll get off with a slap on the wrist at best!!

I support this petition. We have rules to keep everyone safe, including children. I have noticed over the past 35 years of supposed change for the better, that really we have made it worse by allowing children to think they are adults. When the children don't have a clue about how to be an adult. We should not beat our children, but if there is no discipline to curb the confusing urges that go through the developing mind, the child is on their own. The justice system must make an example of these four youths, because if they don’t and they are too lenient, it open the doors to all young people that do not want to follow the rules.

I support this petition. I find that the laws in this country are designed to give more rights to the perpetrators and they seem to forget about the victims rights . Never mind the family and friends left behind to deal with the fact that the victim is gone and the perpetrators are free to live with thier family and friends as though nothing happened. I say lock them up and keep them out of society, they obiously can't function in a society with right and wrong and have no respect for others rights to live. As for the families of the young offenders, they seem to have failed in teaching what's right and wrong so now it's up to the justice system to teach them and it seems to be failing the public aswell. It's a very sad day for all.

How can the courts claim that these youths are not a threat to society when they brutaly beat a man to death. These actions clearly indicate they are a threat to society and should not be allowed in society for a very long time.
