As a student of criminology I am apalled that not one, but four individuals can be on bail for a crime that they admitted to doing. To beat a man to death is done by unstable individuals who shouldn't be on the streets

First off my sincere condolances to the family of Mr Conley. Such a senseless and malicious act as perpetuated by this PACK OF RABBID DOGS MUST NOT GO UNPUNISHED. These 4 young men should never have been let out in the first place especially after admitting to the crime. Being fair to the youth population not all teens are bad. These 4 individuals are already admitting their guilt and LAUGHING at our justice system because they know they will get off. PLEASE PLEASE make them accountable for their terrible actions, And restore a little drop of faith in our judicial system.
After seeing just a month or so ago a man(Mr.White) sent back to jail until his hearing for a crime he supposedly committed, that nobody actually seen him commit, I think we can safely put these four men in jail considering there were eyewitnesses to their crime.Our streets are not safe with these young men wandering around

I support this petition. The incidence of violent acts by young people in Canada is shameful and so is the decision to grant bail in this case. Mr Conley's death was not an accident. He was beaten without fear of the outcome for their victim or for themselves. People without conscience need deterrence.

I support this petition. Drinking is no excuse and the fact that they are all under age is also another broken law. Being under age does not entitle the public to know who they are and therefore the public is not protected. First time offenders??? They murdered a man for heaven's sake. I don't believe anyone who is accused of murder should be out on bail. Only release them if they are found NOT GUILTY. If they are old enough to kill then they are old enough to go through the adult system and therefore not be protected under the youth act. This adds insult to injury for the poor family and friends of Wil Conley. Put them back in custody until they come up fro trial.
