It has been disturbing to see such act of violence happened on a pulic transit. It's time for all of us to review our justice system. We cannot allow people to get away from the crime they had committed because they are underage. Since they dared to challenge the justice system, they should be tried in Adult Court.

I support this petition wholeheartedly. Two men fighting is unnecessary, four young men against one lone individual is cowardice. Once they ignored Mr. Conleys rights, they forfeit their own.

I support this petition big time.I beleive what took place on that bus was absolutley terrible.The four teens that have been charged for manslaughter in my mind should have been charged with second degree murder.Our justice system has too understand there are good people still around and the judge in this case has the nerve too release these killers back into the public.Lets get a grip on these issues and use some common sense.If this was the judge's son that got murdered on that bus would she have granted bail,I think not. Put them back behind bars where they belong!

petition. I truthfully do not believe these kids deserve nothing but rotting in hell for their lacking of honor. A true man at least has the courage to face the consequences for his crime. I'm currently failing to understand whether or not criminals in this "law enforced" country each possess the rights to do whatever they please. I also believe that these kids deserve nothing more or less that what they are obviously guilty of. At least they had the honor to come out admit to what they did however I do not agree with their unreal "punishment" for their crimes. I was unaware that kids got off scott free for participating in inhumane and unjustified criminal activities. I've grown up with a clear sense of what activity represents legal in this potentially respectable nation. I don't see how a few very immature bastards getting away with pulling off such an atrocious, low-down and dirty crime will get out on bail in far less than the necessary time resulting from such an unnecessary offense. Sorry Canadian judicial system but age should mean nothing in such an illegal murdering of some random guy on a bus. It just ain't fair. Ask yourself this, "How would you feel if you were a relative of the victim?" I hope that you truly do realize how foolish it would be to release these immature kids/"men" on bail. If they do get released this will likely be a story bragged about to their friends...if they even have any left. I support this petition. I find it hard to swollow that our courts would allow 4 people who killed someone, not simply accused of it but admittadly did it, walk out free to continue to live their lives without consiquence until their trial. Stefan never got that chance, neither should they.
I support this petition. If you do the crime, you serve the time. These four slimeballs knew what they were doing. Regardless of their age they should be tried in adult court,sentenced as adults and above all kept in jail while waiting for their trial. I have no faith in the judicial system as it stands now. There are no consequences what so ever in this province for youths (young offenders), they run wild and do as they please fully knowing that no matter what crime they commit they will walk free with a slap on the wrist. I support this petition. I cannot comprehend that these teens got off on bail. I know that if I were them, I would have insisted on paying my time. These teens are the same age as me and it infuriates me to know that they are getting off so easily! I hope more people can see the importance of this petition.
