I support this petition. Where is the judicial system ? and why do these "kids" get away with murder? Stephan did not have a chance. Where is the accoutability from the Judge? Would he/she think differently if it was his/her child killed? Another fine reason that Judges should be elected not appointed.
I support this petition. How can you beat a man to death and not be held accountable? Whether you are 17 or 18, they must be treated like any other criminal.
I support this petition 100%. If these guys decided to make the adult decision to assualt and kill another individual, then they should have to deal with the consequence of their decision they made to assualt and kill Stefan in adult court. See if that makes them feel powerful and undicipined. Take their freedom away, the same way Stephan's was.
I support this petition. They need to be held accountable for their actions. If they have the audacity to kill someone, then they should have the courage to face the consequences too!
I support this petition. Since their were actual witnesses to this beating and resulting death, and we do not know what these four teenagers look like, they should be kept behind bars, not free to enjoy life and smile and blow kisses at girls!! Being intoxicated is no excuse for what they did.
