I support this petition. Those bastards should be sentanced to life. if they get out in 3 years, what do you think that says to other young offenders? what I only get three years for murder, sweet. No, as a society we cannot let that happen. People are getting killed over opinions everyday and this must be put to a hault immediately. this petition has 100% of my support. If these kids get off, the canadian justice system needs some real adjustment.
I support this petition 100 %. I can NEVER understand how a judge in this day and age would ALLOW them to have the comforts of home. Considering the man they killed in cold blood is gone.They turned themselves in. Is that NOT GUILTY?? What about witnesses? It is really to bad that this " Mr. Conley" no longer has a voice to stand up for himself. I feel bad for the bus driver that had to witness this sort of crule behavior and he will be forever scared from this. Maby the kids should be fighting for their life in Afghanistan with no amo..no nothing.
How long would they survive?. Now is the time for people to stand up and fight for what is right!!! I can NOT see any remorse for their actions and I find it TOTALLY apawling " the Kisses in the court room" they should get even more time for ridiculing. That to me is another slap in Mr Conley's face, and a total disgrace to human manking.

I support this petition. I find it very sad that petitions need to be signed in order to seek justice. Our system is suppose to work on our behalf. The limits are being stretched too far if these young offenders are allowed bail.

Let's see if I have this straight. You can't defend yourself unless you get shot in the head or stabbed in the heart first. Otherwise you will go to prison for life if you kill your attacker. If you ARE the attacker, you are guaranteed no jail time. Sounds fair.
Bail or no bail, our Canadian justice system is too weak to impose a suitable penalty for this type of action. To begin with, killing a total stranger without a motive should be first degree murder. Secondly, time spent in a Remand Centre is a joke because it's "hotel" type of accommodation that counts 2 or 3x towards the total sentence. With due respect to the family and friends who started this petition, it will accomplish nothing unless it's viewed as the first step to revamp our justice system.

What kind of message does it send when you let them go.. It is called consequences for your actions...put them in jail where they can reflect on what they have done.
