I support this petition. It is important to remember that one is assumed to be inocent until proven guilty. These young men turned themselves in, to me this is a confession of guilt. Why would we let them out on bail?
I support this petition.If you look at petition signature #558, I think Allan sides with the guilty and the money-hungry criminal (defence) lawyers and the independent "judges" who may be as self-serving as the defence ( criminal) lawyers who are possessed by money from criminals who will do or say anything to get their "clients" off by the skin of their teeth so that they can live with themselves? I hope they can't live with themselves anymore!
For everybody who has said they were drunk and didn't mean to do it...then they wouldn't have done it. I can get drunk and not feel the need to beat someone up. And if I had, I'd no when to stop, no matter how drunk I was. They are obviously predisposed to violence and deserve to be punished.
These 4 youths have proven that they are not in control of their actions & are a threat to public safety. Allowing them out on bail & giving them restrictions (ie, a curfew) is an outrage. It's too late for Stefan to be protected from these boys but now the public can be protected by keeping them off the street. It sends an awful message to the public & other youths to allow them to be free while they await trial.
I support this petition. "Juveniles" know the difference between right and wrong, they knew exactly what they were doing. There's no excuse. My cousins half their age know better so pretty sure they did. Our justice system is a joke right now.
Let's bring justice back into the legal system. By letting these murderers out, the victim's life is viewed as worthless by the court.

I support this petition. There is something drastically wrong with a system that will allow four murderers that were witnessed in broad daylight by that many people to be walking the streets. Why is there even a possibility for individuals like this to have that option? Put them away until they are forced to answer for their actions.
There is no accountability for these young people anymore and they know it. They're sitting at home laughing at our "justice system".
I support this petition. We need to feel safe in this city. there are many young people who are doing such good things. They need to be noticed as well as young people who feel they can hurt and kill others.
