I support this petition.Kids can beat a man to death in front of witnesses and get out. A man is accussed of killing his wife and he is in jail until the trial is over. The kids think it's a joke. I say "Put them in jail and leave them there.
I support. Does the gov't not see now what the Young Offenders Act has created? These kids know what they can get away with so they do the acts. Really it doesn't take rocket scientists to figure out that

Determining eligibility for bail is not the same as declaring one guilty as a defence lawyer stated. Remanding a suspect into custody until trial is a method of keeping the general public *safe* in the interim. I don't feel safe anymore.
