I support this petition. The so-called "justice" system is a joke. These boys knew what they were doing and didn't care a hoot, they chose to do drink, drugs, murder and they should be tried as adults and bail revoked immediately. My deepest sympathy to the family of Mr Conley.
I support this petition. Thinking that these young adults, (our supposed future) who commited murder are living amoungst us, and not locked up where they should be, makes me wonder what Canada is becoming, and what Canada may, already have become.

I support this petition. I also believe that those kids being granted bail is UNACCEPTABLE. They should be severely punished for what they have done. The justice system does not work: for example, a man that steals goes to jail for many years while a man that kills gets a lighter sentence and granted bail. Does that make any sense?
I support this petition. Those kids belong in jail. If this was a middle aged minority there is no way they would have recieved bail. They knew what they were doing and they deserve there punishment. Micheal White is in prison, they should be too.
I support this petition.If we let this kind of thing happen and they get out after some many years what's to say that they won't do it again. There is so little we can do if this is what the judichal system is about like letting these young teens go with just a slap on the ristis this the kind of message they want other teens to see. Not a good message is it.
Although I do not support this petition, as it circumnavigates the judicial system, I strongly feel that our penalties and judgements within this system need serious revisement.

I support this petition..Today 22/03/06 on a repeat Opray show a young black youth in fear and self defence accidently killed a much larger white youth with a bat....he is serving murder 1 12 years... No bail.. No manslaughter ... wake up! what message are we collectively sending ....no consequences for violence...I'd love to know who's kids or kid these are...makes a difference.
Our society has become cowardly. Rather than dealing with the consequences of our actions, it has become too easy to come up with some excuse like being drunk. If you want to drink like a man then deal with the consequences like a man. An adult wouldn't get away with this so why should they when they were obviously trying to act grown up. Throw the book at them.

I support this petition.youth's today are far too violent; and yes; they need to pay the consequences to their own actions. or the parents have to pay the time for them. Unfare justice does not help any one of us in society. God tells us we need to pay the consequences to our actions as well.
It is time to teach a lessoin to wreckless youth in society, no more crimes with minimal punishment. It is time to send a message to those who think that they can do this and get away with it. It must start now.
