I wholeheartedly support this petition. These four had no respect for another person's life. It is time for the justice system to stop being so lenient with murders like this - they have to pay the full price of their crime.
Is there any doubt that they committed this particular crime? I think not. They are an absolute threat to society at large. They obviously feel no regret, why else would they laugh when bail was set?
We have law but no justice?
I support this petition. Bail should be revoked. They should be tried as adults and face maximum punishment for this senseless crime. The victim, and his survivors and the rest of society need to know that the rest of us that could not help Stefan Conley on that fateful night are all here now demanding justice for this senseless act. Those that use violence must be dealt with in a forthright fashion. If a pack of wild dogs had attacted a person, those dogs would be tracked down and dealt with. It is time for society to deal with social degenerates. An innocent life was taken by a group of thugs. It could have been any of us. We must ensure that justice provides a suitable punishment and I believe that these 4 accused should be tried as adults and receive the maximum prision term available. Put these bastards away and set a standard that shows that society will not tolerate innocent victims being killed.
Remember, this was a randon act, it could have been any of us. My condolences to Stefan's family and friends for their loss.

I support this petition. These four obviously have no regard for life. To laugh in a court of law at being let go on bail is appaling. Are they are free to go on another drinking binge, and harm someone else just because they do not feel accountable for what they have done? There is definitely something wrong with our (in)justice system!
I support this petition. I think that if we as a society don't start telling our youth that there are concequences for there actions then we can kiss our future goodbye. Murder is murder and it's disgusting to think that these kids may get nothing but a slap on the wrist. What kind of message are we sending, that it is okay to kill people for no reason, that there are no concequences, that the law doesn't care? I can say over the last couple of years the amount of murders and crime that has been caused by youth's has disgusted me and has only increased at an alarming rate. Please somebody tell the people that it's not okay to harm others that there are concequences and that the law will punish you if you break it.
These "underage" person's should be prosecuted to the full extent as adults. Their "friends" that support them say they are such great persons!! How so, when they are even ABLE to think and commit this type of crime. SHAME on them for thinking they know anyone that well. Families.... keep a tight reign on your children. I support this petition.To address these four as young offenders,teens,boys or anything else other than murderers is appalling.I also wonder if it will be investigated as to where they got the alcohol and if the person that sold,gave or bootlegged for them will also be held accountable?If so knowing our justice system they the "adult" would probably receive a harsher penalty! My how proud their families and freinds must be.I would also like to see their names and pictures published for all the world to see, but that won`t happen for we must protect them! There has to be someone with a yearbook or pictures somewhere that could be attached to bullitin boards or lightpoles anonymously! There were many witnesses taht saw what these boys did. It is not right that they are now free to do what they want. What is that teaching todays youth? Let's get serious. They took a life!

I believe they should be treated like adults, they took a life that God created, and in doing so gave up all their rights that human beings have...My deepest sympathy to the Conley family for the horrible loss they suffered. My sympathy also to the families of these four killers, it is obvious that you didn't know your children very well.
I support this petition. What these boys did were wrong, friends/family say that these boys wouldn't purposely kill someone. Well, obviously there actions say other wise. I don't believe that justice has been served with them and that they have not payed for what they have done. These young offenders deserve to be put behind bars, where they belong.

I support this petition. I do not think its fair how these 4 boys get out on bail. Just because someone disagrees with your actions does not give you the right to beat the living crap out of them.Its common sense when you kick or use a weapon and beat someone in the head with it that, they will die. I think these actions were out of stupidity. These boys made an adult decision to take a drink of alcohol, then i think that they should be treated as one and be sent to jail for their actions. There has been alot of deaths that have occured, that are related to teens killing people and everytime they have got out on bail, so where is the justice being served in that. I am deeply sorry for the loss of Mr. Conleys family.

There is no way that I will continue to be a proud Canadian citizen if these four teens (citizens) are treated lightly in any way. Would any member of our proud legal system treat this lightly if it were one of there family members killed? For the system to work it must be upheld and not forgotten that this is MURDER!, and a man is dead. woops, I accidentally kicked someone so hard in the head and killed them, I really am a nice person and didn't mean it, COME ON!, is this really even an issue. After my husband was beaten by 6 drunk youngoffenders and then having the RCMP tell us they couldn't charge them because they were underage I have been very much against the Young Offenders Act. Since when has someone 10 and older and even younger than 10 not known right from wrong. I think the YOA is a farce. Maybe parents these days should take some responsiblity for their kids. Kids now a days don't get spanked or held acountable for anything. So the courts should do something for once HOLD these criminals accountable, start a new trend. Show kids that this is a new era life is hard so as the saying goes. IF YOUR OLD ENOUGH TO DO THE CRIME YOUR OLD ENOUGH TO DO THE TIME!!!
Hi i am 13years old and I support this petition.i think those 4teens have made us other teens who are respectful and are not trouble makers (etc) have made us Desent teens look bad.it is bad enough seniors think we are a bunch of trouble makers and are not respectful.there are some very wel mannered teens out there.i am horrified of what those 4teens have done they should of not gotten bail they should be behinde bars or sent to a boot camp and straightin there butts out.

They're such nice kids. Guess what? They did do it and they're not so nice!!!I think the parents should be held accountable for their children's actions somehow.
