I support this petition. I think it is about time to change the Youth Offenders Act. These knowly beat a person to death. My mom takes the same bus in which this incident happened. All I have to say is I am disgusted. Good Kids. Ya Right. Good kids don't beat someone because they don't like what the person says, and don't gang up on someone. These kids should be treated as adults, and in adult court. Enough is enough. I am tired of teenagers and their parents protecting them. At 17 or 16 they know what is right or wrong. There is no way these kids should be allow their freedom.

I support our laws, which say a person is innocent until proven guilty. I really don't see these kids as a threat to society and see nothing wrong with them getting bail. Let them get a last taste of freedom before they're locked away for a long time; it might be harder on them in the long run.

They will always be a threat. I for one do not feel safe when murders are released on bail. These kids need to be taught that they cannot get away with things as serious as murder. I support this petition. Dave White's bail got revoked and he's has not be yet charged with a crime. These youths are guilty and should not be out on bail.
