Well who is protecting the victim and any other innocent people from these youngsters now adays?? Letting them out just proves what a joke our system really is...no wonder our crime rate is getting high and taken over by gangs and stuff .... our justice system allows it...lets put a stop to the crimes and start punishing the real criminals here not the VICTIMS

Stefan did not deserve this treatment and the young offenders are getting out of hand entirely in this city. Shame on the judges who released them on bail and especially shame on the young people in the court room cheering them on and blowing kisses. You are an absolute disgrace.

Our Law System needs major re-working!!! Young Offenders Act should be done with. A two year old child can associate hitting with pain. A six year old knows that killing another is wrong!

I support this petition. I am very outraged by the brutallity of this act and the lack of discipline. Horrible cirmes will continue to be commited if tougher sentances and actions are not followed through.
