I support this petition. The fact that 4 guys beat a man to death shows that they are, in the first place, TRULY COWARDS! The fact that they laughed & high fived each other in court sums up how "Sorry" they are. It alone should have been enough reason for the judge to reverse the ruling & let them sit in jail where they belong. THESE ARE THE "YOUNG OFFENDERS" WHO SHOULD BE USED TO SET AN EXAMPLE & PUT TO AN END THE SLAP ON THE WRIST THESE "KIDS" GET AWAY WITH!

I can't believe what this world has come to..I can't believe a jusge would even consider bail..I can't believe the courtrooms would let these MURDERS get away with disrespect and let them blow kisses to their friends in the stands..I can't believe that parents don't know what their little " angels" are doing at night drunk none the less kill another human being..I can believe that a city this large can't get more people to support this petition..I can't believe HOW REALLY SICK THIS WORLD HAS BECOME.. I support this petition. I disagree strongly with the charge, it should be at minimum second degree murder, and there is NO WAY these people should be free right now. They should be in custody until trial.
I support this petition. It is horrific that the judge would allow these deliquents to leave the court room after they made such a mockery of our judical prossess. These kids need to be tought a lesson and as it stands they most likely belive that they can get away with anything. And the fact that they are pleading not guilty just goes to prove that. I have three kids and I have worked really hard to teach them right from wrong, this disition to let these animals out has made it that much more difficult for me and many other parents, thank you so very much, NOT!

I support this petition. Those kids should be tried as adults. The Young Offenders Act should be obolished. If it was, maybe these type of crimes would not occur given the severity of the punishment.
I support this petition....turning in one's self quite often reflects some guilt on that individual's part. a man is dead and nothing can pay for that loss...but the guilty parties shold not be free to roam around and possibly offend again.

I understand and agree with the term "innocent until proven guilty"; however, those four youth are obviously a danger to society, considering they beat a man to death. Perhaps the rest of society should be protected from them until their guilt or innocence is proven. Did they not turn themselves in? Does that not imply some guilt?
I support this petition. These young ADULTS know right from wrong and should be punished not coddled. Our Judicial system is sending out the wrong message letting them out and to be honest is not only failing us but them as well.
