These guys are the ones that killed him, they should start serving time now. We know they are guilty, the judge can decide at the trail how long they will serve in jail.
I support this petition. Mr. Conley had his life taken from him and his family. I see no reason why these four individuals should be able to walk the streets and continue laughing at the light way they have been treated to date.

I support this petition. I am disgusted by the judicial system for not giving jail time to the murderers of Stefan Willian Conley. His life is as valuable as anyone's. The message sent to others is that 4 caucasian teens can get away with murder. What if they were aboriginal, or any other ethnic backgroung. It makes me wonder and it saddens me. These "men" committed an unjustifiable and cowardly act by beating someone to death. How can a single man defend himself from 4 full grown "men". They are a definition of "bullies". These men intentionally targeted an indefensive man and there is no excuse in this world to justify their conduct of taking someone's life away from this earth. The smile on their faces show no remorse. Shame on you all. One day the four you will get what you deserve because we all pay for what we do before we die. I just hope your pain won't be on what you love the most.

If you BEAT someone that bad..then one knows what is going to happen..Either death or something terrible..All these kids now-a-days know that the YOUNG OFFENDERS ACT will protect them....That is why they are doing it!! Maybe if we do away with "The Young Offenders Act" They ALL might think twice..I truly believe that if you kill someone ..You should be held FULLY accountable for your actions!! When you beat a man to death, you know what you're doing, and you know the consequences of your actions. 17 year olds are not stupid, and they are not innocent. Let's remind them of that.
