I work for Kaiser Permanente in Fresno, CA and had this happened here, the person who made the comment would have been investigated and probably fired if the investigation proved true. We have had the occasional incident in which an employee used the "N" word and after an investigation into the allegation, he was disciplined (written with a 10-day unpaid suspension and a final warning). It is beyond my comprehension that this company doesn't deal with this situation. Good luck in your pursuit of justice.

I was directed to this petition by a friend of mine who knows Angela. I am a hispanic woman with 3 biracial children. One is half white, the other two are half black. I was digusted with what I read.
