Um #5, the legislation in one city in California to ban using foam containers at city-sponsored events (because they're made with DHMO) was never even voted on. It almost got to that point. It was never "repealed". Get your facts straight.

Thank you for the warning. Being a DHMO addict, I understand these concerns and have for the past year been a supporter of the ban. I only wish I could do something about my addiction. I have become DHMO dependant.

What's funny is legislation was once introduced in California to ban this. Fortunately someone smacked those idiot liberals upside the head and they repealed it, though I really would love to have seen that one go through.
