My wife an I buy upto 20 SD DVDS a month and now we are stopping as we want HD-DVD, my wife who owns every classic disney movie plus all the latest releases and has decided that she will not buy any further DVDS until they come out on HD-DVD format!!! You have lost a big admirirer of your works!!!! Dont neglect HD-DVD sort it out!!!
HD DVD has delivered on the promise of High Definition picture and sound at an affordable price. Publish both formats and let the market decide the winner!
With the sound limitations and the production yield issues, it makes sense to support the HD DVD format. I also have large library of DVD's and it makes more sense for me to upgrade to a HD DVD.
HDDVD is the superior, more affordable format, without all of the technical challenges of BD.
Studios supporting two competing formats will only be bad for the consumer, the studios, and the industry.
Disney supoort HD DVD. Let the customer decide which format they want rather than you trying to help Blu-Ray win the war. I have no intentions of buying Disney movies at this time until I see them come out in HD DVD. I also plan to spread my thoughts on what your doing to try and convince me to buy Blu-Ray to my family and friends.
