I know people get hooked on reality, but really enought already!
The Black Donnellys is so great and its different and keeps u hooked why must it be cancelled??
This is one of the best shows that TV has seen in a long long time. Keep it on the air, it hasn't even gotten it's chance to grow. With this cast and writing staff this show will do amazing!! Change the air time, change the air date, whatever, just keep it running!!
I can't believe that one of the best shows on tv is being cancelled. Finally a show with a different view, no spirits, lawyers, csi's, its real, its funny and its amazing.
This show is excellent. Why would you cancel a show that has so many views. People were watching this show please just don't get rid of the show becasue it does poorly. This is why you are #4 NBC because you make stupid decisions like this
They hype this show for weeks before it's premier, then a month later, cancel it?
What's going to replace it, another bullshit reality show... you don't think we already have enough of that??
My hopes are, that a cable channel like FX picks this up, with this added to their line-up with Rescue Me, and The Shield... Nip/Tuck and such... their revenue would go through the roof.
I petition FX or HBO, or another heavy-hitter to pick this up as well
This is hands down the best show on TV. OF course the NCAA finals will have better ratings, even I watched basketball over Black Donelly's that night. Can another network please have the smarts to pick this up. This actually made me excited to watch for the first time in a long time.
The fact that so many people lovingly support and come together every week for this show should say enough. This is a time for beautifully-written and executed shows to be able to survive. We all miss Freaks And Geeks and don't want to miss The Black Donnellys. Thank you for any effort you do give though guys.
Way to go network TV. Tease us with a superb cast and storyline, then take it away when YOUR crappy advertising fails to bring in enough fanbase. Here's an idea-- CBS is highly successful on certain nights with the CSI series, so try another timespot! There are plenty of nights and times when it seems there is nothing to watch. Why must every network strive to take winning time slots? How about giving a show a chance to gain an audience before shuffling it around and ultimately cancelling it. And how about trying it in a time spot when it isn't up against top competition?! Shame on you for turning NBC into a gameshow network.
Studio 60's whack! The Black Donnellys is more cultural for viewers. It is also overall a much better show. NBC should give new upcoming actors more chances to show their talent.
Don't cancel this great show! if you do it will probably be picked up by HBO and then you'll see what a terrible mistake you did. Get rid of Studio 60, Andy Barker P.I., Raines, the real wedding crashers, friday night Lights, and The biggest Loser before you ditch this great show
Why in the world would you want to cancel one of the best, most well written, smartest, cutting, and gripping shows to come along in the last 15 years!?! The Black Donnelly's finally gave me a reason to watch TV again. If this is canceled I will go back to reading and seeing the occasional movie. What a TRAVESTY!
I have been so proud of my favorite network,NBC, for holding to their good shows and creating more even better ones. So many networks have been giving up on great TV for cheap reality TV. I'm truly disappointed that NBC is going this direction. Black Donnellys deserves a chance, it's one of the best shows ever to air on network TV.
Why would you cancel one of the only good shows on television?? Just because they don't eat bugs or try to marry a rich guy doesn't mean its not a great show!!
This is such a great show. i cant beleive they would think of cancelling something so soon. it needs to have a little more time on air. i know so many people who watch it. this show is too good to cancel!
the black donnellys is an awesome show. it is the best show i have seen in a while. the timeslot it was put in is mostly the reason for the lack of viewers. i really hope nbc recosiders this move.
are you insane? your cancelling the black donnellys and putting on another brainless mindless reality show.. what about the viewers that you are going to lose due to their desire to watch something more substantial then an a brit whose only talent is insulting people?.. i for one will discontinue watching your network and other programs that i watch currently such as dateline if you cancel the black donnellys.. if i want mindless chatter coming out of my television i certainly do not have to support your network and its sponsors to have it..any old program will do
Why is that NBC just hates me and my tv shows. I am trying to stay away from reality shows and i go and find one in The Black Donnellys and what do they do, they axe the show.
First American Dreams and now The Black Donnellys, what does NBC have against 'family' dramas.
Please reconsider the cancellation of this show. My mondays will no longer be complete with out this show.

You cannot cancel this show! This show has actually bridged the age gap between my sister and I. We have a Monday night "date" just to watch the show. Please don't cancel it. It's meaned so much to us.
NBC, you set this show up to fail with the underpromotion and the timeslot going up against CSI Miami. Most of my friends were unaware of this show's existance. Why did you even greenlight it if you weren't going to give it the chance it deserved? Heroes was a bad choice for a lead in, everyone who watched Heroes went to bed right after or just wasn't the right audience for this show. If any show in the HISTORY of TV deserved a 2nd chance it would be this one. Don't destroy a good thing or I will never watch your network again! I returned to watching network TV because of what NBC was bringing out this season and am appalled that all my faves were cancelled. It's back to FX and HBO for me.
This is the best show out there. I think about it constantly and can't wait for each new episode. The actors are wonderful, the story is better than anything out there, why are you not even giving it a chance?
This is not right...TBD was a great edition to the monday lineup to come after Heroes...I really like this show...hopefully another network will pick it up
