I was super disapointed when Studio 60 got canceled but the Black Donnellys saved the day. I'm starting to lose hope in TV. How can you not recognize a good show when you've got one?
seriously, studio 60 was a bitchin show. when i got cancelled i was surprised. but then they started advertising the donnellys and it totally made up for it! i love this show SO much. you could at least let it run the season. so many quality shows gets axed for mindless crap nowadays.
Black Donnellys was a well-written, well-acted, and very well-produced show. Not enough time was given for it to build an audience in a very challenging time slot. Replacing it with more of your schlock reality tv crap was abominable. Bring back the Donnellys in a different time slot.
I was just starting to say how NBC has finally gotten some of its credibility back with scrubs, the office, and now the blsck donnellys. Don't make me retract my statement.
Lets see the facts: NBC had only three shows ranked in the Top 20. Overall they are ranked fourth in network ratings. And then they decide to pull one of the few quality shows they have. Now, does anyone wonder why they are dead last in the ratings? Time to make some heads roll at the top of the NBC food chain. This network is clearly being run by idiots.

This show is awesome!! It's the time slot that is bad, people don't have 3 hours to watch the black donnellys then prison break then 24. For god sakes don't cancel this show!!
This is the best show to come on tv in ages. You have to give it a chance to develop into a great story. Don't cancel the show and disappoint the thousands of fans who are already very involved with its characters.
This great show never really got the chance to shine. Please reconsider and give The Black Donnellys an opportunity to find an audience. This is a fantastic show and deserves better, NBC. I won't be watching anything else on your network if you cancel The Black Donnellys.
fire your publicity director. and while your at it fire everyone who works there cause if you cancel this show, you'll probably go bankrupt cause of poor ratings(as a matter of fact if you cancel this show i will intentionally not watch NBC programs and encourage my peers to do the same. after that maybe you could film another crappy reality show about being poor to put on your formerly existant network.
Aside from Heroes, there is nothing else on television that is even close to entertaining. The Black Donnellys and Heroes are the only shows that my wife and I watch RELIGIOUSLY. I even buy them the following day on iTunes. Who wants more reality tv??
I love this show and I think NBC should keep it on. Its the only show on NBC that I watch, its the only one that I feel is good enough to watch on NBC.
Wow, cancel this show due to ratings and replace with a worse show, good tactic. Nothing we can do for this show really, but at least your asses will have even worse ratings on Monday night.
NBC is absolutely ridiculous. This is the perfect example of applauding mediocrity and shunning talent (i.e. Arrested Developement). Oh, and by the way - your "more reality tv" plan is going to blow up in your face.
I work ft & go to school @ night so no time for tv, except for the Black Donnellys. Always make sure I watch it. I even look forward to Mondays because of TBD. Please NBC reconsider & keep The Black Donnellys!!!! Quality should go above profits & money if you care about your fans!!! Some shows require a little more time to build up a fan base, look at Seinfeld. Some people aren’t used to such an original show on network tv so it takes them some time to come around & they would, it’s an amazing show. It’ll win awards if you just give it a chance!!. Give The Black Donnellys a chance you won’t be disappointed!!
I feel sick at my stomach. In just a few shows this is MY FAVORITESHOW ON TV! A network Sopranos. GREAT WRITING, GREAT ACTING!!!! Dont give in to the reality crap like fox.

your marketing department needs a kick in the arse,,, i heard no ads about this, i just accidentally stumbled across a review and was able to catch the repaly of the pilot,,,since then i told 4 of my good friends to watch and they are hooked too (they also saw no ads)

Are you kidding me? This is the only reason that I even watch Monday night TV. Everything else is just garbage. Way to go replacing this with soon to bomb 'The Real Wedding Crashers'. Why not just come up with some crappy new game show instead. Keep the Black Donnelly's!
I completely support this. The writing is good, the actors are excellent. Please save this show! Come off it NBC, you keep cancelling all your good shows. (i.e. Kidnapped.)
NBC needs to take into consideration that the age group watching TBD is more likely to watch it online or download it on iTunes. Black Donnellys is currently #6 on iTunes for Top TV Episodes.
What is with networks pulling shows that people LOVE? They did it to Arrested Development, Firefly, Family Guy (although, that got put back on after a couple YEARS), and various others. WTF.
I support this true, but I also know what to look for with the announcement of a possible cancellation and can find nothing...where are you people's sources coming from. I don't see anything that says they will cancel it.
PLEASE this show is a breath of fresh air on tv where the majority of shows are the same thing...I look forward to watching this show every week and it makes my week
