Oh my...I LOVE TBD...please..please...pl ease keep it going...what else would we have to look forward to on monday's at 10 if TBD's get cacelled. KEEP IT GOING!
We need more drama shows and less reality shows. I work 40 hrs a week and The Black Donnellys was the only show I stayed up past 10 o'clock to watch. Even if it gets moved to a different night that would be great. All of my family and friends feel the same way and we hope that you keep it on the air.
I am completely bummed about this! I love TBD! But perhaps now I know why Leno and Conan are always joking about NBC's ratings beings so low... because they are cancelling the good shows and replacing them with what, "The Real Wedding Crashers"?
The show is awesome, there are too many reality shows on now adays and they are fake as well. None of them are really reality show. A different network would be fine but if NBC cancels the show i would rather watch House off my computer. i would never watch NBC shows again. Keep Black Donnellys.
I haven't watched a good show like the Black Donnelly's, probably since ER came out. NBC has lost their mind to cancel this show...it hits home to every Irish family, including mine. It's more realistic than any show on tv right now. And I have to agree, who really cares about people winning money or these ridiculous "reality" shows, everyone knows they're not real. But I found a show that has me glued to the tv every Monday night, and now NBC is going to cancel. This is a load of sh*t. I'd love to hear their justification for it. I know there's millions out there watching, and they probably feel the same way I do. KEEP THEM ROLLING...WE LOVE THEM!!!
The Black Donnellys is one of the best shows on tv. Please give the show a chance. I am so sick of the reality shows that are on now. I so enjoy the characters, the story line, music and really everything about the show
Don't cancel the show. It started off a little slow but it's really picked up in the last couple of weeks and now and can't wait to watch the new episodes. The show could use a bit more life. it's all shot in sleepy colors and no one really brings a lot of energy to the program, yet its still well written and has a ton of potential. So give the show a little longer. Let it run the rest of the season. That will give you the chance to really change things around for a second season if need be, or decide that this show really has run it's course.
This is one of the best shows that NBC has ever had... They would be foolish to cancel it so soon without giving it a chance. How many people watched Seinfeld its first season???
i cant believe you would cancel such a great show while you keep the crappy shows like Andy Barker PI. like who actually watches that crap and that reality tv show your going to put in its place is stupid.
This show did not get a fair shake. It never got to air directly after heroes, and it went against stiff competition. However, every person who has seen the show enjoys it immensely, give it time and it will become a solid performer. And to replace this quality of programming with some lame wedding crashers garbage? Come on NBC, do the right thing.
This is the BEST show on TV at the current moment. It is gritty raw and I can relate to it. The tagline is "family above all" WHo can't relate to that?!? Why is NBC so hell bent on destroying one of the strongest and creative shows it has ever had?!? The Real Wedding Crashers? I'd rather let jimmy gouge my eyes out or shoot me in the head. This is sooooo stupid. Please make me hate NBC a little more.
With all of the crappy TV shows I cannot believe this one is being cancelled. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this show and I do not see the reasoning that results with this show being cancelled and keeping ER and Studio 60 on the air.
Great, only show worth watching on tv anymore, unless you like watching all the 78979789790 fake crappy reality shows, is getting cancelled, screw nbc someone else pick this show up and give it good promotion, could be the next sopranos if done right. eh oh well damn reality crap who the hell wants to watch other people get money ALL the time?????
I agree with Jeremy! The Irish-American underclass is severely underepresented in today's modern media. Who's going to take over for the Soprano's when they go off the air. People still got to get whacked, stuff's still gotta get stolen, who gonna take up the slack. The scruffy Donnelley boys, thats who! If they put more Irish babes in there, that would help. Hey, Lindsay Lohan fits the profile perfect, she's free, she's from New York. Up the Donnelley's!!
I cannot believe this show would be canceled! I finally get into a good drama series and it gets canned. And then to hear it will be replaced with ANOTHER REALITY SHOW! come on people, we need this show.You can at least finish the season out to give the fans something to watch other than more reality crap. Please, don't cancel this show! You really have a good series here, be a shame to get rid of it.
Are there a bunch of morons working for NBC? How can you run a successful network when you can't see a great thing right in front of you? Get with the program people, get with the program.
If this show goes, I go. I say Boycott NBC programming altogether. When they have zero viewers then maybe they will hire someone who actually knows how to run a GOOD network.
You have to keep this show on, it rivals so-so sopranos in every way, characters, plot line, twists. I'm suprised that NBC hasn't put more effort to market the show - it could be a great show for a fledgling network
I was really excited about this show, I just started telling everyone how great it was and everyone was jumping on board. I really think this show is different, and we need different! Don't cancel the show, bring it back, it's too good.
it is redicules that NBC is cancelling such a great show. this was the only show i actually watched on NBC & they go and cancel it. PLEASE KEEP THIS SHOW ON! its the best show on tv in a long time!
You wonder why no one can get into a new drama with a continuing storyline...it's because the networks pull the plug too early, leaving viewers hanging and angry because they have invested their time in it. Please don't replace the best show on TV with yet another mindless dose of reality garbage. I thought the ratings were solid coming out of Heroes...it was only after that ended that the ratings went south. Think about it...Deal or No Deal is a completely different demo. It's not going to hold that audience as well as it did for Heroes. But Real Wedding Crashers? C'mon people...you can do better than that. At least have the respect for us fans by finishing the season on Fridays.
don't cancel a show when it hasn't been given a chance to gain viewers. and especially don't cancel it to put another terrible reality tv show in its place.
