This CANNOT be cancelled. NBC-Nobody wants to watch anymore realty shows, theres enough on TV as it is. This show is from the guy who wrote CRASH so that MUST tell you that this is a keeper....KEEP THIS ON THE AIR
we look forward to this show every week. big mistake to cancel it. but then again, NBC does this kind of thing all the time... they cancelled HEIST, another slick show. how is a show supposed to succeed if you don't even give it a chance for a longer period? NBC is a failure and has been going downhill for some time now... because of stupid decisions like this.
This is one of the best shows on Monday nights. To be honest I didnt want to watch it when it was being advertised, but after I watched it it was amazing. I cant wait until the next week to see what happens next. They cant get rid of this show.
NBC your network is in the shitter because you cancel excellent shows like this---give it a chance to finish out the season at least. No one needs another reality show! Wedding Crashers--been there, done that. We've seen it before. Come on NBC.
I think the show is brilliant and have watched every minute of it It would be the biggest joke to cancel it with all the garbage that is on the t.v. wake up N.B.C
This is one of the best, most promising shows I've ever watched. Just because the lowest common denominator wants reality shows doesn't mean that you have to force feed all of us that kind of drivel. I'm disappointed in you, NBC.
here is an idea why not put tbd on at 9 so that more people would watch it. it really is a fantastic show.and would be really sad if it went off the air
Black Donnelly's is a unbelievable. If NBC did a better job advertising and marketing the show it would get better ratings. Not to mention it's on at 10pm, which also creates low ratings.
I love the Black Donnelly's. It's smart and witty show, that doesn't have to be action packed every second. It's a great story and the actors do the story justice. It's a great show that needs to be given the chance to at least finish the season!!!!!!
I have lost all faith in NBC every time they have a new show they give it the axe without even giving it time for it to grow and draw more people in. The OLNY show that is any good on NBC is TBD and now thats gone so I think that I'm just not going to watch anything that NBC puts out anymore. why bother they will just axe anything that is good anyway.
there is a thing about irish..ppl always assume you just drink and fight but the thought of this show being cancelled makes me wanna get drunk and punch somebody..
Don't cancel this show until it's had a chance to air after Heroes...back to back amazing shows will draw in lots of ratings. Please don't cancel the best thing TV has going
If NBC wants to lose ratings, then they should cancel this show. I don't think they want that, so it's best to keep it! Black Donnelly's is too awesome to be cancelled after only one season!

I've really enjoyed th e show. One of the few that I watch these days. I think a lot of folks in my demographic (folks who buy a lot of products, by the way), will also miss the show.
this is one of the best shows on tv. one of the few shows i actually have my tivo record for me. to take it off the air would be a great error in judgment.
I love this show. I love the actors, the plot, everything about it. It's a shame they are going to cancel this show. I haven't missed an episode and that says something coming from me. This is a great show and it should be on for seasons to come. Here's a suggestion, why not take something like oh survivor, the bachlor, the apprentice (I could keep going) off the air.
simply my favorite show... great writing, acting and storytelling with drama, suspense, danger, comic relief (especially w/ Kevin, Joey "Ice Cream" and - yes - Jimmy!)
Interweaving tales of family, honor, heartache, humor, relationships (both good & bad), betrayal & hope ...to name but a few, The Black Donnellys truly stands, with its gritty realism, in stark contrast with the pablum of the "reality" shows that continue to perpetuate the airwaves ...appealing to the lowest common denominator ...ugh!
NBC, give this show a chance!!!!!
Through 19 years of my life and I don't remember ever tuning into NBC for anything until recently when they aired the show The Black Donnellys. If you cancel this show it will not only upset many viewers but adding it with another one of those reality shows will basically be just that, another reality show. Reality shows are over rated as drama has become 2006-2007's new "thing" such titles including The Entourage, The wire, Sopranos, LOST and many many more as you can tell are big hits. I just want to request that you keep airing TBD's.
The Black Donnellys is the best new show on NBC!! It would be a SHAME to lose such a great drama! I'm glued to the TV every Monday at 10 and won't even take phone calls ~ please reconsider pulling this terrific show!!
