if nbc cancles this show, i will never try to watch another nbc show again. i am sick and tired of getting into a new show on nbc and weeks later it being cancled. goood luck black donnellys.
Holy shiz why the hell would NBC can the black donnellys after only 6 episodes...good lord, they didnt even give this show the chance it deserved. After watching the pilot you could tell the black donnellys had some great storylines and alot of potential. Hopefully another network has some brains that NBC is clearly lacking and will decide to pick up the black donnellys. Definentely should not be cancelled.
This show draws you in. Each week i stay up late beyond when i should to watch it. It's smart, dark, and compelling. But hey, it's no "Search for athe Next (Pussycat) Doll" :(
ah, goodness gracious me. i'm sick of networks assuming i'm a moron with the intelligence quotient of a warm apricot because i live in america. this was a promising new show and you didn't give it a chance! we certainly don't need anymore lame reality shows and you're offending me by airing them. i'm typically a movie person, but there are a few shows that will lure me out to watch television and the black donnellys was one of them. thanks for treating me like an idiot. hbo and i will be very happy together.
This is one of the best drama's on television. Period. If this show stays on the air long enough it will gain a steady following like heros. KEEP.THIS.SHOW.
Why cancel this show when there is a ton of other shows that are worthless... I mean come on. For the last year NBC has done nothing but start a show and then cancel it a few weeks later... It's got to stop. This show is a great show, don't go and give it the axe.
With the sopranos going off, we need a good mob show. Aside from showtimes brotherhood, the irish are being treated on tv like they were treated in the old days
NBC, cancelling the Black Donnellys is a terrible idea. Don't sell out by putting on another bullshit reality TV show and abandoning a quality show that just needs time to find its audience.

If you cancel this show I'm going to change the channel on my tv to HBO, throw out the remote, wait for the Sopranos, and never come back to NBC. The target adult audience never got the advertising of when this show is on. My friends who fans of hard hitting shows like The Shield, Deadwood, Sopranos never knew when this show on. Advertise - don't cancel!
Please, give this show a chance to find its audience! There is nothing like it on TV and it is one of the best shows I have ever seen! Give it more time!

you should get those dozel people together and each one of you call up nbc and harrass the hell out of them till they put the best show back on the air...its not right...nbc really should think about this decision...people have been changing the channel for years now...and now they have a reason to come back

As a person of Irish descent, its refreshing to find something this new and gritty on TV. If you gave the show a chance, it may one day rival the Sopranos. Bring The Black Donnellys back!
This is the most well written, thought-provoking and engaging television drama in a VERY LONG TIME. You WILL regret pulling this show; the acting and storytelling is some of the richest I've ever seen.
This show is one of the few shows on tv that keeps me watching. I believe if there was more advertisement sor it during other programs it would receive more attention.

What is going on. This show is great. How can you really tell what is going to happen after just a few shows, at least finish the season. Right now its setting the stage for a really great show. I hope if you cancel it it goes to another channel like FX or Spike and kiks your ass in ratings
We've been watching this show since the very first episode. I hope the NBC exec's will re-consider their decision to pull The Black Donnelly's. The show already has a strong fan-base that keeps growing. This last episode that aired on April 2nd was the best by far...give it a chance, won't you?
