The Black Donnellys is the best,unlike the banality out there. how could nbc think of putting more garbage like reality shows?!! Black Donnelly fans are more intelligent than that!! also how can nbc even consider putting TBD on Fri. nighs we all know it's a death sentence to shows(same goes for sat. or sun. nights). nbc has done 0 to promote or market this amazing show!!what r they thinking!! they have award winning creators & amazing cast & done nothing to promote this Gem of a show!! shame on you nbc!!!
do not cancel this show please. this is one of the best shows on television at this time. PLEASE, this show is the best thing to come onto tv in a long time. its one of the only things i look forward to watching every week.
come on NBC get a clue! we do not want any more reality tv! we have had enough. we want good quality drama shows and so should you. we normally watch FOX for shows like 24, nip tuck etc. or CBS for CSI and other dramas. we have watched this show from the beginning and think it is great. we are very upset with tv executives that do not give a great show a chance. did you ever think that it is spring breack time and alot of people are not even home right now to watch tv!! I hope that FOX or some other channel will pick up this show if you are not smart enough to save it!!
Please don't cancel this show! It's wonderful to watch something that is actually planned out and has excellent actors. I say yes to the Black Donnellys!
Great show! Good acting, I love the whole look of the show - story line a little slow this week - but give it a chance. We don't need any more reality Crap TV.
And what praytell would you put in its place? Really. You actually think you have another better show to air in this slot? Really. What exactly do you have to lose by not showing the episodes you've already filmed? Really? Nothing? That's what I thought. NBC, you are a bunch of idiots. Really.
When I heard that NBC was planning on pulling this show, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. What are they thinking? Monday has become my favorite and only night for TV. If NBC put the Black Donnellys on before Heroes they would have that night locked. If they are going to loose something from there Monday night line up, it should be Deal or No Deal(although that show has started to grow on me too). NBC please just give the show a chance!
Don't take this show off the air. Just think of the commercials you could run during this show....BEER COMMERCIALS....it's a friggin irish/italian show....a beer company would pay to keep this show on; you should too. Don't make NBC soon stand for "Nothing But Crap", cuz that's exactly what it will be if you cancel the black donnellys.
Save The Black Donnellys. It's too soon to make any decisions about the future of this show. In my opinion, it's the best new drama series on television, and the only show on NBC worth watching. Give it a chance to gain a bigger fan base. After the pilot, I didn't see much advertising for this show. Do you really expect to gain viewers when you don't promote the show?? If you pull a television series every time the ratings aren't what you want, we wouldn't have anything on TV. NBC has already paid for the first 13 episodes...so why not air those episodes on TV...even if it is in a different time slot. The Black Donnellys is a great drama- any other network would kill to have such an intelligent new series. The Black Donnellys is the only show NBC has worth watching nowadays. NBC probably wonders why they aren't the top network and this just illustrates what they are doing wrong. They aren't giving their best show a chance to shine. Don't pull this show. It deserves to finish out this season (and have at least a second season).
This is one of the best shows on television today, and the only one I watch religiously other than Grey's Anatomy. Please don't give me more reasons to hate Monday nights!
This is the only NBC show worth watching. I for one am sick of reality TV, and was really excited to see a good (non-WB, non CSI-type) drama on a network.
If NBC is disappointed the show's not getting enough viewers, maybe they should SPEND A FEW ADVERTISING DOLLARS. No one knows it exists; NBC hasn't invested the time or money to change that.

This show was one of the only smart dramas NBC has left. Stop dumbing down the station and save this show. While you're at it, please give me back Studio 60.
I don't watch this show, but a lot of people seem to like it. So, don't cancel this show. Unless it threatens Heroes. If it's a choice between the two, then I'll pick Heroes.
