This is one of the best shows on television. Thanks for putting more reality on TV, if I want to watch reality I'll turn off the television. Maybe if you had advertised it more, there would higher ratings.
I REALLLLLLY hope this show does not get cancelled. My brother started watching it and I obviously thought it was dumb until I actually watched an episode and now I'm hooked!!!! I ALWAYS make sure I watch The Black Donnellys every monday night because the show is AMAZING!!!!!! PLEASE don't cut the show!
Don't cancel the only good show on network television. Get rid of one of the game shows or reality shows instead. Well I guess I won't watch Network TV anymore if this show gets axed. Thank God for HBO.
I can't believe those idiots at NBC think yet another improv show is going to work out. I predict "Thank God You're Here" is canceled within the month. To replace a good drama with some Alien improv is ridiculous.
The ratings are low given that the target audience (men 17-47) are already busy watching Monday Night Football, or crawling in to bed with a gut full of beer and pretzels.
The last show to make it out of this time slot was Grey's Anatomy - the antithesis to football.
Hey NBC, get it together and try this show out when your target audience is actually willing to watch TV!
Why is it that major networks almost NEVER give well-thought out shows a chance to shine... but insist on shoving useless reality tv nonsense down our throats 24/7?? Not every great shows starts off as a ratings phenomenon... give the Black Donnellys a fighting chance, please.
This is a great show and should not be canceled so soon. Give the Black Donnelly's a fair shake. At least let them finish out the season... Rating will increase as word gets out about them

Friday Night Lights's been on this path, but look how it turned out!! It's simply the best show!!
This is the only show I've gone out of my way to make sure to watch since "Third Watch", Give this show a chance to find it's audience before cancelling it.
Second best show on television other then The Sopranos. If NBC cancels this show I wont watch another show on their pathetic network. This show is all they've got.
This is the first show on NBC that I have watched since seinfeld was over. This show is awsome and it is something that I can relate to. I am a Donnelly and want to continue to follow Tommy and his brothers this is a great story line so keep it on the aire please.
I only have time to watch about 3-4 hours of tv a week. I spend one of those hours watching The Black Donnellys! I won't be replacing that time with another show if this one is cancelled.

This show can not be cancelled!It is more REAL than any reality show you might put in it's place. It is some of the most brilliant writing on TV today. Maybe try running the opening show again so the people that came upon the show after will be able to peice it all together.
Keep this show on! This and Lost are the only 2 shows I find compelling enough to watch regularly. The spots for it don't attract the audience. I caught it accidentally and have been hooked since.
even though I love Studio 60. I also love the Black Donnellys. I have bought every episode on itunes. And have watched them several times. I love everything about this show. NBC needs to stick it out and maybe advertise more if they aren't getting the ratings they want. Seeing as how I came across it when I went to watch Studio 60 and found it to be replaced with this show.
This is the best show I've watched in years. I was hooked from the first episode.It deserves a long run. Apparently quality doesn't appeal to the masses and the advertisers.I guess America needs more mindless sitcoms.
The Black Donnelly's is the BEST network series on the air. Don't make the mistake of replacing such a well written & acted show with more reality TV garbage. SAVE THE BLACK DONNELLYS !!!!!!
I'm normally a game show watcher and The Black Donnellys is indeed the first time in a long time I've watched a drama and fell in love with it. It's a great show, PLEASE don't cancel it.
You guys are insane for potentially cancelling this. This is only 1 of 2 shows I watch every week! (The second being Friday Night Lights.) I'm so sick and tired of reality shows that The Black Donnellys was a breath of fresh air! And I even have my fiance hooked. That's an accomplishment - TRUST ME!
Eric has a good point - the show is not promoted as much as it should be. How will you grab any more viewers if they don't even know about the show?
If not for my Uncle telling me about this show, I would not to this day have ever heard of it. Now I love it. This show is so underpromoted. Why not promote on the "Today" show by interviewing its stars? To replace it with another mindless unreality show is such a slap in the face. This show needs to be givin a fair chance.
