Bring Back Drive 105 PLEASE!!! No other radio station in the area plays what Drive 105 plays.. The new Love105 or whatever.. well, you can hear that music anywhere and everywhere.. and what about supporting our MN venues?? How is anyone supposed to hear about concerts and performances.. Drive 105 brings in so much money for our local venues and supporting the artisits. I can't believe that anyone would ever want to remove Drive105 from the air. This is so ridiculous. Is this an attempt to get everyone to have to purchase XM radio and pay for music? STill then... how do we hear about upcoming local events.. Yes, my 2nd fav is cities 97 but you can only listen to so much.. or it all starts to sound the same... Drive 105 is just so fabulous.. nobody else compares. Please bring them back! Stacy LaVigne
I absolutely HATE LOVE 105. Could it be any worse? I want Drive 105 back ASAP. Imagine the shock when my ears were polluted when I switched to my (once) favorite radio station and instead of hearing Green Day or Placebo I hear vintage Elvis? *gag*
Really, who wants to listen to cheesy love music from the 60s, 70s. and 80s all day long? Ummm...no one!Do us all a favor, bring back DRIVE. The Current and Cities 97 don't even come close to serving the needs of the Alternative Rock crowd in the cities. Bring DRIVE back, please...it would make this lost little listener feel much better about her music world.
If we wanted to hear LOVE, we'd turn the station to 102.9!! BRING BACK ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMMING! We've got nothing decent to listen to on the radio anymore! I haven't been so upset about losing my music since 93.7 The EDGE went off the air. Alternative music is vastly under-represented in this area. Alternative fans are a LARGE demographic that is now being completely missed. I NEED MY MUSIC!
Until Drive105 come back on the air, I will not support anything associated with ABC radio. PS...I'm a 25yr old male making 50k/yr. You know, the demographic that advertisers target...
ABC really angered me with this move. i found out by trying to go to Drive105.com this week. I was like, wtf?? I hope their rating sink lower then the awful V105 a few years back.
Bring back Drive 105, the twin cities greatest radio station! Love 105 is honestly garbage, the songs can be heard on 4 different twin cities stations already. Drive 105 must come back!
Why would someone think that taking drive off the air and replacing it with a love station would be better? I dont get it! Drive was the ONLY station that didnt play the same 10 songs. They support local artists and play the biggest variety of music - I can hear the killers, depeche mode, tim mahoney, RHCP, and the bravery right after one another. I LOVED IT! And I am devasted that it is gone. BRING IT BACK!!!! LOVE 105 is not going to work!
DRIVE 105 was the best radio station ever, I've been listening since the first week. Bring back DRIVE! LOVE 105 makes me want to slit my wrists and die.

A city of 3 million people and no alternative radio station? A little diversity would be nice please. The new station WILL NOT have close to as many ratings since we have 4 already.
drive105 is the only good station these days! why would they take it away?? everyone loves it, and it doesnt make sense to replace it with something else that everyone hates... BRING BACK DRIVE 105!
WTF!!! I leave for two months and my favorite radio station is gone!!! I listened to Drive because I'm SOOOO sick of the crap they play on the other stations and on Drive you got to hear local bands!!!!!!! Not everybody wants to hear the same old crap over and over again and I personally HATE bands like Metallica who are so self involved that they forgot what good music sounds like. I refuse to listen to shit anymore!!!!
The only good station in the Twin Cities, and it gets pulled. I am thoroughly disappointed, and am losing all faith in the radio industry. They would play music in the morning, and have long sets all day. Couldn't ask for more.
