Senior Citizens need to be tested to remain on the road. Too many car accidents and deaths are caused by senior citizens. Their eye sight, hearing, and reflexes are not able to keep up with the high speed of driving. Their eye sight, hearing, driving, and mental state should be tested AT LEAST once a year. If they fail to be a good driver then their license should be revocked. With all the money they pay for car insurance, car maintenance, gas, oil changes, and car payments they can use to take a taxi or take the bus. Drivers should not be on the road with senior citizens who cannot even hear the horn of a car or see the eight year old child crossing the street ten feet in front of them. From personal experience, there are too many senior citizens who should not drive and know themselves that they shouldnt. Yet year after year we have to hear about another eighty year old man with alzheimers who has killed a pedestrian and left them on the road to die because they did not know they even hit anyone. This has to end now or else it will be your child crossing that street, getting hit by that elderly person, and being left to die.

I support this petition. I believe that our society has many dangers when it comes to driving. A major contributing factor is Senior Citizens. This will help prevent future "mishaps" on the road.
