Hilary Duff has gotta be the most retarded looking crackhead I've ever seen make it onto televison (except when I saw that crack house go up in flames on the news). She disgusts me in every way, so I've made it one of my goals in life to see her fall to her kness... oh wait, she's on her knees every day, it's one of her many side jobs!
