This petition is designed to help our dear friend, Ellen Degeneres.
Ellen decided, along with Portia, to save a puppy named Iggy.
The couple spent $3,000 on the dog, getting him neutered and trained to be around her cats but the dog was too hyperactive for the cat and the environment.
DeGeneres decided to give the dog to a loving family with two daughters.
The shelter found out, tracked down the family, and took the dog away.
Now Ellen need's your help!

The thing I don't understand is why wouldn't you be happy the dog was in a loving home? It wasn't Ellen's family anymore, but the goal of your mission is to place animals in loving homes. This dog had that and you took it away. Get off your high horse and put the dog back into it's loving family.

I LOVE ELLEN DEGENERES.She may have done something that wasn't allowed, but she said she was sorry and she begged. Iggy needs to go back to a loving home. I think someone should adopt Iggy just to give him back to the hairdresser!

I feel they are wrong, it was a mistake but the family that received the dog loved it and what better place for an animal than a cage. The children are old enough to handle a dog. Mine did and the dogs turned out fine.
