I read Chirstopher Paolini first book of his trilogy, Eragon. It was low class writing, but impressive for someone of his age. I personally liked it. A week after I had read it; I watched the movie. I have no intention on saying anything good about it. The wrong things happened at the wrong time. Descriptions of characters were tangled with ferouciously and to be honest the acting was pretty awful. Stephan Fangmeir, it was poorly done! Everything was completely messed up in this movie. I consider Elva and Solembum to be two of the most important character of the book (after Eragon of course) And what do you know..not there! None of the actors remotely resembled the characters of the book, and on top of that all of them performed quite poorly. I'm not even going to bother watching the next movie. Not worth my time. I wonder, did Paolini actually agree with what they did to his story, or did he just not have enough of a spine to tell them not to screw it into the ground?

this movie really did suck and if u didnt read the book u didnt understand i agree with jeff and if they do have a next movie itll be screwed up 2

the film wer s.h.i.t they forgot about tons of different charachters significant 2 the second book it luked like they remade the whole thing from scratch and didn't read the book at all.
