The existing Family Law Court legislation in Australia currently dictates that a man who abandons a pregnant woman has the right to legally harass her & her child until the child's 18th birthday. No matter how unfit the man is (drug addict, paedophile, murderer or rapist). The man is allowed to commit all sorts of attrocities on the mother of his unborn child & abandon the mother at the most vunerable time in her life. The court then rewards these low lifes with the right to continue their harassment. At this point, the woman has clearly suffered enough & should NEVER be then dragged through the court system & be treated like a criminal when she tries to protect her child from harm.

There is an alarmingly growing number of Australian men deceiving woman, getting them preganant & then taking off because they know they can use the FCA legislation to their advantage.

At the moment, a lot of Australian men know they can get a woman pregnant, accept NO responsibility, take off & continue their 'party' lifestyle. They can then legally abduct the child from the mother because of loopholes in the existing legislation.
