The realistic style would do the story so much justice. The original was great, but back then, Square really had to make a choice between normal proportions and deformed FMVs. Everything in new graphics would be a dream come true ^^
Even though FFVII was released way back... i still play it and it beats all the other recent games!!! IT IS THE GREATEST!!! And all Square needs to do is just make it into awesome graphics and it will be an all around PERFECT game!!!
Is it even a question?! FFVII is the greatest and i mean GREATEST game that Square has ever made... or even any company can ever dream of making!!! It was the greatest hit ever! and if they remake FFVII... EVERYONE will buy it... It's like, you will never see it on the shelves because by the time the game is shipped... they are gone by the hungry fans!! And i along with MILLIONS and even BILLIONS would agree!! REMAKE IT!!!!! i agree that ffvii also my 1st rpg and also the BEST rpg i played be4, although the graphic not no match with others rpg nowadays but still i miss ffvii more than anything
Ever since FFVIII, I've always wanted to see FFVII in higher quality graphics. The story can be expanded on sooo much with a new virgin, plus, it's the best RPG in the history of RPG's!

You already have the concept, the direction, and the resources. I understand the nostalgia behind the game would deterthe re-make, from fans and creators alike. Still, the re-make would put a perfect polish on the compilation, not to mention bring you substantial fiscal return.
There are thousands of fans who would enjoy a reamke. I believe that rereleasing it would allow old fans to enjoy the game all over again, as well as introducing it to new fans! GIVE US A REMAKE!
I am all for a remake of FF7 which is my favorite game of all time, but I own an Xbox and plan to stick with the franchise, so my only concern is that the remake be available to it or the Xbox360
C'mon. I would buy everything that would promote this. Just to see all the old school scenes of Aeris' sacrifice, and when Cloud beats Sephiroth inside the Mako Reactor in Nibelhiem. It would be Heaven itself.

pas de problème je signe , enfin bon , Dans une interview accordée au magazine EGM, Yoshinori Kitase donne quelques précisions sur les possibilités de voir débarquer un remake de Final Fantasy VII sur Playstation 3. Selon lui, le développement d'un remake complet de Final Fantasy VII avec la même qualité que la vidéo montrée lors de l'E3 pourrait prendre jusqu'à 5 ans en travaillant avec une équipe de plus de 300 personnes.
Il dit également que les personnages et les environnements auraient un niveau de détails si important que les changements physiques ou d'équipements seraient visibles directement à l'écran.alors a mon avi cé pa pour tout de suite
y'a rien à dire, c evident, tant que le remake ne gache pas le mythe ff7, jveux dire par là qu'en refaisant ff7 faudra pas que Square déconne (changement du scénario.. par ex)
