The most revolutionary game ever. Why notremake this game? speaking for myself and many other FFVII fans, I would rather play an updated FFVII than any other new FF Square has to offer. FFVII is the pinnacle of the RPG genre, it cannot be equalled. surely remaking a game where the story, characters, layout, etc has alrealdy been made would be much easier than developing a whole new game? This game will sell millions worldwide. Fact. Come-on Square, this is a no-brainer...
because it needs to be done..im sure alot of people here would proabbly say that it is their life and if it were made then they can die happy..but not before telling their grandchildren about the good old days of swords and sorcery!
Definetely on my top three list of greatest games ever. I believe this game to be the flagship of the Final Fantasy series. None came close to this one in storyline, and character development. To remake this game would be not only in the best interest of Squre-Enix's fans but in the company itself. The profit that can be made from a highly anticipated remake would be worth the time and effort.
Is there any need for an explanation? First off Square Enix would total make bank on this. Second, WE would have very big smiles on our faces ^_^ We have our wallets out... now who's gonna get 'em?
A FFVII remake is all it will take to shut us up SquareEnix so just make it already! You know it would easily make you more money than the original did just based on graphics alone.
The story of this game set a special place in my heart, and many others. It just deserves a remake, and will be sealed in the books of history as the best RPG of all time. Square like any other company all they see is profits, they could care less about fans, but here I tell you, Square. You will never regret it. MAKE IT!!
final fantasy 7 is the best game i have ever played. i just recently beat it and baught the movie this weekend.magazines even said its was the best game ever. please remake it

This game should be remade, in my opinion its the greatest Final Fantasy game ever made, the characters and story capture the imagination and its a brilliant game to play.
The only downer on it i would say is that it was graphically before its time. If this game was remade I think it would be the biggest hit of a game. EVER!
FF7 was the greatest RRPG ever storyline wise. With the success of Advent children, I think you would agree that a FF7 remake is what the world is waiting for next.
I pretty much grew up playing this game. The system and the story is still one of the best if not THE best I've ever seen.
Why not introduce this classic masterpiece to the new generation of gamers. I'd buy the re-made version even though I already have the original game.
I suport this petition because final fantasy 7 was one of the greatest rpg's ever made and a remake with new graphics and better physics would only srerve to improve an already near-perfect rpg experience.
I decided to write this because I feel that the time is coming soon when there will be a generation of gamers who has never been introduced to this masterpiece. At that point, this game will be just another piece of video game lore. With that in mind, I feel that Square-Enix should tell this story again using today's technology and show all these new gamers how you got where you are today. Personally, I will understand if the FFVII is not revisited again. However I also understand two truths in the business world and Square-Enix is a business. Your bottom line is critical to the lasting success of your company and my dollar is my vote. FFVII AC is a direct result of people like me and your business sense. You sold over 9 million copies of this game worldwide and the support for a remake of FFVII is overwhelmingly positive. Financially it’s a slam dunk. So if you do decide to remake it, we only ask that you make it an unforgettable one. You have my support.
because Square-Enix teased us with a technical demo at the E3 game show, of Final Fantasy VII, remade graphical intro, to show of the power of the PS3. They later stated there would be no remake. Im furious. I am no longer buying a PS3 if there is no remake.
