It would be the greatiest thing that Square could possibly do! It was and still is the best game out there! They cant just dangle that tech demo out under our noses and not remake it!
A remake of Final Fantasy VII would have to be handled with the uptmost care, yet at the same time, it could well turn out to be THE greatest game ever made. The original is already right up there...
This game is one of the best selling playstation one games, or possibly the most sold, it is the best game of ps1 and kept its price, a re-make would do wonders for sony and Square-Enix
PLEASE remake Final Fantasy VII.It is the best rpg game I ever played.IBeatthe game 4 times because it had the best story out of all the other Finalfantasys.If you consider to remake this game please have Hironobu as an executive and let Nobu do all the music.PLEASE do NOT make Caitsith have a stupid scotish voice.It ruins his personality.Please do Not put any hollywood actor voices in the remake.Please do not make any side spinoffs, like Dirge of Cerberus. It was just awful.This New generation of gamers needs to know what FF7 is all about. Now adays its hard to get FF7 for PSX. At gamedude it is so rare that it cost $80 dollars, USED. Please Take your time making the remake. Do not rush it. Ive had the original ff7 for 10 years. The game is still the best rpg. Make sure Caitsith doesnt have a scotish voice like in dirge of cerberus. It just kill it.

It would be so effing sweet to se a remake of this game for any of the next gen systems. Just to see the summons in high def and gorgeous graphics would be mind-blowing

most definatly the best.. played ti for hours on end.. never got bored of it.. every time i played it i found something new.. would love to see a remake for the ps3.. it would be by far one of the best things that they could do for the console.. maybe open some of the cliff hangers up also...
ff VII deserves a remake. maybe with the FF XIII battle system. I also thought of a new materia, orange (junction) materia. you equip it next to another materia(eg. ultima) and it can raise a certain stat by a certain amount. there would also be master junction materia, that junctions the stats from the materia to all stats. characters could also be a bit more specialized and Vincent and yuffie should be made into manditory characters. FF VII deserves a remake because a) it will give the game an all new level of emotion b) Tetsuya Nomura stated that he didn't find the graphics good enough to express the detail in his game c) it would be the ultimate addition to the compilation of FF VII and would sell better than the original release.
This is by far the best game i've ever seen and my personal favorite. Not only is it reason I'm a loyal square enix customer but it is also the main reason I am a hardcore playstation customer. I would still to this day choose to play FFVII over any of the new games on the market even with the increadible graphics now available today. I said it when the ps2 came out and I'll say it now with the release of the ps3 I would love to see this game remade as would every other gamer that I know. If Square Enix were to remake it I would definitly be willing to pay the $600 dollars for the ps3 otherwise I don't see myself purchasing it anytime soon. This game has a huge fanbase and Square Enix would have to be crazy not to take advantage of that and give the people what they want.
Final Fantasy VII was the best final fantasy game I have ever played and the meteria lv up was awesome if final fantasy VII was remade on the PS3 I would be extremely overjoyed so Square Enix get ur ass into gear and make the game
i would love it i mean the graphics alone would be great and as a few others have sed they can add new things that they cudent back in 97 but i just hope they dont change the gameplay coz they kinda dun that in ff10 wich sucked
