Although I am not one of those people that really cares about graphics, I think it would be just too good an opportunity to pass up for SE to not make this game. It could open up the doors for a whole new generation of gamers, what with the original game selling so well.

Square enix, I think I'd have to be one of the biggest fans of FFVII. I have seen what you could do graphics-wise for FFVII and it left me breathless for half a minute. I'd have to say that if you do re-make the game, just improve the graphics and don't change the storyline. I do believe the gaming comunity would appreciate this gesture. Also, since FFVII the original was discontinued, I can't get a new copy to replace the one I lost, so I really need a new one... badly...

I think that if they remake it, they won't just get money from the hundreds of thousands of old fans, but they'd be able to attract new fans as well and make money from that... If that's their real problem anyway... I loved the game, and a remake is just what we need, especailly with AC coming out, I can see a lot of people wanting the game just so they can understand the movie, and the old game is really hard to get...
Just saying that, because it's some good reasons for SE to remake the game XD I really really want a remake, I don't care how much it costs...

I maybe old but I grew up on your games. And FF7 is by far best game you've made. Please, make the remix. It's nothing to you since you have loads of money.

we all know that you want as much money as you can, from selling games. You proved that by making FFVII compilation. Now, by making FFVII with brand new PS3 technology, FFVII would get a completely new view, by it's buyers. And not only that this remake would take interests of FF/FFVII fans, a large portion of players would buy it.
Even though I know this is just a fantasy, and that this probably won't happen, I still hope to see a FFVII remake.
Also, you can do remakes of other FFs (VI, VIII), but that's a topic for some other petiton.
Stop depriving us-we love those characters, we love the story. And e also love the high quality sound ad graphics of your recet games. Combine them, and you could TAKE OVER THE WORLD!
Of course no changes in the dialgogue or story.... More FMVs etc. Come on....seriously.
