Etant un fan incontesté de final fantasy, le 7eme volet et pour moi le meilleur de tous, je serais prêt a acheter la PS3, ou n'importe quel console qui sortira une version de FF7 en nouvelle qualité, je suis telement fan de ce jeux que je serait prêt a partir au japon pour acheter le jeu (ce n'est pas des paroles en l'air, je suis prêt a signé un papier m'obligeant a le faire !) , allez courage, je souhaite de tut mon coeur une reprise.
They probably have plans to make it by now, otherwise they wouldn't have brought out that FF7 Tech. Demo to whet people's appetites. If they didn't want to make the game they probably wouldn't have tried to bring FF7 up. Besides, with all the useless FF7 spin-offs it would be dumb to not remake the whole thing as a finale or something. Anyway I support the remake of Final Fantasy VII.
If they make another game continuing the story after Dirge of Cerebrus, i'll be amazed.
If they announce a PS3 remake, i'll buy a PS3 on the spot.

Moi je pense qu'un remake de FF7 serait génial :) ! Après un jeu comme Crisis Core, ça ferait un tabac n'importe où dans le monde ! Qui ne peut pas rêver de jouer à la suite de C.C avec un graphisme similaire à celui-ci, quand on est un grand fan de la saga final fantasy . Certes le graphisme du ff7 sur ps1 n'est pas très mauvais non plus ! Mais ils peuvent faire mieux, et feront mieux ! Donc j'opte pour un remake de ff7 sur ps3! J'achèterai la console juste pour ce jeu et je ne suis certainement pas la seule ;)! Un remake du 7 serait vraiment très commercial, il se vendrait très bien ! Nous savons que faire un remake coûte chère et qu'il faudrait d'après une source 300 personnes à travailler la dessus pour le faire, mais ces efforts porterons leurs fruits, ce sera un grand succès :D!
I think Final Fantasy VII remake will be the most successful game remake in history & here is why: gamers who have already played FF7 and enjoyed it will be more than willingly to play it again with the excellent graphics & sound provided by next gen games (FF7 didn't even have voice acting) while those who have missed it the first time & then saw FF7: Advent Children (they might have tried playing the legendary game, but let's face it: after you play FF12 how will you be able to go back and play FF7 with its dated graphics & gameplay) these people (who I'm ashamed to be one of them) will love to play the game where the characters will actually look like those in the movie. What I mean is that a FF7 remake will be enjoyed by fans, newcomers, old and young alike; because, lets face it, there's no one on god's green earth that hasn't heard about FF7 by now and wishes to enjoy its great story & characters but is put out by a dated game that can not stand on bar with next gen games.
They should soooooo remake FF7, it's been my favorite game since it came out, I was 8 at the time. I don't have the original game anymore because somebody stole it from me (was very sad after finding out), before I knew that my FF7 was gone, I stripped my room just to find it, I searched everywhere possible, it make me sad not to have it, and it's to expensive for me to afford, please remake it, it would be a great obertunity to bring cloud to be more life like (exclueding CC and AC), please SquareEnix, advance my childhood memories.
I support this petition. I've never actually played VII but I haveplayed 10 and upwards. I feel deprived of a true FF experience because I haven't played 7. Please Square Enix make a remake, it's what everybody wants.

The remake would not be a lost cause!! I would buy this game, since the PS1 and PC versions are very outdated. Remake the dang game!
The time for this re-make is now. Alot of people have played crisis core. Their friends keep telling them how great FFVII was but they can\'t play it. To play VII at this point costs about $350, 300 for the game, and 50 to buy a psone. You cannot get to the third disk on a PS2. Dunno about the ps3 will check it out. THE TIME IS NOW!
Final Fantasy VII was....freaking sweet, they\'ve remade I-VI already, so why not VII? FFVII on the PS3 would sell MILLIONS of PS3\'s and Games. C\'mon Square...RELEASE IT!
What logistical reasoning can be put out there, that a FFVII remake cannot or should not happen? It is infact the most popular FF game in the series. I\'ve personaly bought 3 copies to date, due to damaged disks, but still. How often do people go out and spend 80 bucks on a game more then a decade old ?
I would absolutely buy a remake of FFVII for the PSP! Heck, make it for the PS2 and PS3 with revamped graphics! Maybe even with some bonus miniquests to expand the game\'s story lines. You could do so much with a remake now!
i haven\'t ps3 but i think that you have to do a remake for ffvii, the best game is ever created, of course we want a localization in european (i played ffvii in english when i was 10 XD) if u want to continue the saga whit prequel or sequel u can do it, but dont forget the remake, even if u dont want to do it now, but i\'m sure that u will do it, because u will reach a looooot of money if u do it, and u know it....
It would make me so happy to play this game on the PS3. It is imo the greatest game ever made - the story, the characters, the humour, the sorrow, locations, weapons, interaction; I could go on and on. But if you had to charge £500 a copy to remake it, i would still buy it!!!
I absolutely would be a remake of FFVII for the PS3. Hell, I'd go out and buy a PS3 just for FFVII, if you remade it. And I bet there are thousands out there who agree with me.Please, PLEASE remake your amazing classic, FFVII!!!
