FREE ALCOHOL FOR THE THIRSTY

I think that everyone should get free alcohol when thirsty. It's everyones right not to be thirsty. and I think that when a person gets thirsty he or she should be able to walk into a packy and just say "Hey Im thirsty" and the clerk has to give them a beer or something. so I say free booze for everyone
