Fairness for Fathers - F4F -

We, the following petitioners are in agreement that there is an unfair justice system being implemented in the family court system. The scales of justice and fairness are not properly balanced in regards to fathers rights. The following petitioners are asking for immediate review and change to the current system!

The statement above says it all. After speaking with many fathers who have been hurt through the family court system, myself included, I have decided to try and do something about it. I need your help. The above signatures are going to be presented to my local city council member as well as State Senator Maltese. Let's make a differnce! Our children deserve it!

I support this petition. My ex-wife and I got a divorce in 2002. When we seperated I had to persevere the emotional anguish of her taking our four children and moving away. During this time she prevented me from having any physical contact with our children as if I was a monster or something. In 2003 I took her to court in to establish my visitation rights. When she disregarded the order by preventing me from seeing them according to the order I took her back to court and they were so lenient on her she has continued disregarding the order whenever she wants. She has moved out of state with them and the people at family court tell me that they cannot serve her a summons to appear in court because she is out of state. They also say they can not give me her address in order that I might have her served a summons to appear in court. Nor will they give law enforcement where she lives an address for her so that they can serve her a summons to appear in court. They know where she lives because they send her my child support payments. Its very unfair because if a non custodial father moved away and stopped paying child support they would find him and have him dragged into court.

My husband hasn't been able to see his children not because the law says so, but his ex-wife does. because of this my husband and i have to pay lwayers and courts costs to get them back. we do not have the finances to do this, so where do we stand? where is the justice here. my husband and many others pay child support and are excellent dads and model citizens. there has got to be something that can be done to get justice, stop pain and heartache for children and dads without any unrealistic financial costs relating to family court issues. rather than fund dole bludgers and able bodied people - what about people fighting an an honest battle to be with their children?

The court systems are unjust: first they take fathers children away because of child support. I thought baby broking was illigel. Then how can the government say it is okey to sign children away for back child support. Second after they sign thier kids away mother portray thierselves as saints and abuse thier children by telling them lies about why thier dads go away. The truth is they do not care about thier children other wise they would want them to have the most important person in thier lives. Thier fathers.Further more they bthemselves are not working to support thier children. But dad is the bad guy. Mothers should have to show they are able to support children just as much as the fathers. It takes two to tangle.
