We request that Mr. Wilf terminate Minnesota Vikings Head Coach Brad Childress immediately. Mr. Childress has proven to be completely ineffective in his position as head coach.

Exhibits in Ineffectiveness

1. Inability to win more games than he loses.
2. Inability to identify and develop talent.
3. Inability to adjust his scheme to his players.
4. Inability to hire and retain quality assistants.
5. Inability to win the hearts and minds of his players.

We believe it is in the best interest of the Minnesota Vikings ownership, players, and fans to terminate Mr. Childress.

We request Mr. Childress' dismissal is made with urgency.

We aim to restore pride and credibility to our NFL franchise.

We pledge our continued support of the Wilf Family and the Minnesota Vikings organization.

We respect and appreciate the financial commitments made by the Wilf Family in the Minnesota Vikings.

We truly believe that a Super Bowl Championship will never be achieved under the leadership of Mr. Childress.

We, the undersigned, believe the Minnesota Vikings must immediately terminate Head Coach Brad Childress.

Come on here chili is a moron. I support this petition. I am still waiting to see this kick @ss offence of his. I have see junior football league offence more creative. He is to predictible! I think I would rather rehire Tice then have this moron as our coach. Please Mr Wilf fire him and hire someone who will get a QB that can play at consistant level not just flashes! Plus everyone is talking oh with percy harvin the Vikes could get creative and play off the wildcat like miami started last year, but that wont happen with Mr Burns.... I mean Childress as our coach.

What a joke. This Vikings team is absolutely stacked with talent. Enough talent to make a super bowl run. However, the offensive play-calling is absolutely horrendous.

I support this petition. Brad is a bad coach he proves that by not bringing in a QB via Free Agency, Trade(B.Quinn, Derek Anderson, Tyler Thigpen, or how about a first rounder for Matt Leinart) Also, if Childress is gone he can come be the Defensive coordintor for New England he is great at that and under Bellichick?Wooo Oh Lastly, The vikings are great so why not sign Chris Simms instead of letting him go to Denver. You guys could make it to the superbowl with a trent Dilfer type not much passing no turnovers. Chris Simms could manage the game or pass for 300 if he had too. OR take a risk Chicago gave up two drafts for Cutler. Give Tennesee #22 in 2009, another pick in 09 and one pick in 2010. He finds ways to win and he isnt starting. Childress is a joke and so is your general manager.
