Despite the reasons listed in signing the petition, I believe the biggest reason to fire Childress is his lack of ability to develop, utilize and motivate the current talent he has.
Here's an example of the brilliance of Childress: He's so stooooopid, he doesn't even know that the Vikings colors are purple and gold. He always wears BLACK on the sidelines.
And to think that we COULD'VE had Mike Tomlin! Why waste money on free agents like Allen when our head coach is a bleeping fool? Speaking of Allen, what's up with him? Paul Allen from KFAN could have as many sacks as Jared Allen.

We are the ones paying your bills! Why didn't you interview more candidates for the head coaching job when you took over this team? You only interviewed Chilly, which turns out to be a huge mistake. Now's the time to admit your mistake, and part ways with him. Hell, you didn't even wait until the Monday morning after Coach Tice's last game to fire him, so it should be no problem for you to fire Childress mid-season. If you ever hope to get funding for a new stadium, this is the first step! Otherwise build the damn thing yourself. WE ARE FED UP!!!
I support this petition. It's a terrible pain to watch this team on a week to week basis, knowing the fabulous gathering of talent that has been collected, only to watch it implode because of play calling, clock mismanagement, indecision and general ineptitude...this guy has to go
The fact that you have all this amazing talent and the best defense in football, with the best starting field position I have ever seen as a fan and have a less than 20% Red Zone TD percentage is plain old pathetic, I can do better without a doubt. Hire me right now and I'll have this team fixed in 1 week of practice. I don't know how about some exciting plays out there designed to fool the defense, just a suggestion, but what does this fan know compared to Chilly, apparently alot more than you Chilly your worthless.

He is one of the dumbest coaches i have seen. We are losing the game with under 2:00 minutes remaining and no timeouts left. He decided to punt the ball therefore we would be unable to get the ball back and have any chance at winning the game.
